Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute short- and long-term plans to mature regulatory engagement and executive reporting programs, including operational processes for regulatory reporting, audit engagement, and executive risk forums.
  • •Lead end-to-end execution with cross-functional teams to create and validate audit, regulatory, and executive reporting artifacts and documents.
  • •Tailor verbal and written communications to audience needs, presenting strategy, processes, failure modes, and measurements in engagements, meetings, reports, and communications.
  • •Monitor engagement progress and metrics, analyze trends and gaps, and deliver lessons learned and actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • •Manage issue resolution by identifying and mitigating engagement program risks, partnering on remediation of findings, and driving closure of regulatory MRAs/MRIAs while keeping the engagement calendar current.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,800 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in cybersecurity or technology.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in process or project management.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in risk management or audit.
  • •Preferred: bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years in project management, IT, or cyber audit (plus BPM and Lean Six Sigma certifications).
