Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end administration and configuration of ADP across multiple entities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing.
  • •Administer and maintain the NetSuite instance including user management, roles/permissions, workflows, and module configurations; support month-end close and ITGC/SOX compliance.
  • •Maintain and improve data integrations between ADP and NetSuite to ensure accurate payroll journals, employee records, and cost allocations.
  • •Lead change management for system updates with proper controls and impact assessments.
  • •Collaborate with Finance to ensure NetSuite actuals feed into FP&A tools accurately and on time, supporting budgeting and forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years hands-on ADP (Workforce Now preferred) administration, configuration, payroll processing workflows, compliance, and integrations.
  • •5+ years NetSuite administration in a multi-entity or multi-national environment; NetSuite Administrator certification is a plus.
  • •Familiarity with FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis) and exposure to at least one FP&A or EPM tool (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning).
  • •Experience with data integrations between payroll, HR, and financial systems via API or native connectors.
  • •Experience supporting IT General Controls (ITGC) and SOX compliance across financial systems.
