Job Summary

Ensure flawless product launches by executing and optimizing quality management programs for new product development, engineering to order, and design to order projects. Serve as a core team member across Greenville, Newberry, and Columbia, supporting gate reviews and shop-floor prototype phases. Monitor early launch quality KPIs, perform risk assessments, lead/assist investigations (including Early Launch Containment), and maintain ISO compliance using statistical quality tools and documentation.

•Serve as a core team member for NPD, ETO, and DTO projects at Greenville, Newberry, and Columbia, SC locations.
•Support project teams during meetings and gate reviews by supplying quality data for successful launches across phases.
•Monitor operations performance, conduct risk assessments, report findings, and support plant improvement programs.
•Maintain shop-floor presence during prototype builds and pre-launch phases to identify, investigate, and resolve quality concerns in real time.
•Use VOC, field warranty data, parts return, and supplier investigations to drive design, process, and supplier-level quality improvements while ensuring ISO compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or related field) OR 3+ years of experience as AQE.
•Previous manufacturing experience is required.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
•In-depth knowledge of quality system methodologies including Lean, 5 Whys, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, and GD&T.
