Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary employment legal partner to HR and business leaders across APAC and EMEA with pragmatic, timely guidance.
  • •Advise across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, leaves, accommodations, separations) tailored to jurisdictional requirements.
  • •Design and build scalable global employment legal programs, including template libraries, playbooks, policies, and training to support new markets.
  • •Lead cross-border employment projects such as market entry, reorganizations, workforce transitions, and M&A integration, including required consultation processes.
  • •Conduct and oversee internal investigations and partner with Litigation on employment-related disputes and claims.

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. or equivalent law degree with active bar admission or a practicing qualification in a relevant jurisdiction.
  • •7+ years of employment law experience post-law school, ideally with substantial APAC and/or EMEA employment matters.
  • •Demonstrated experience navigating multi-jurisdictional, cross-border employment issues at a fast-growing global company.
  • •Track record building or scaling employment law programs (policies, templates, training, audits), not only reactive advice.
  • •English fluency required; proficiency in an additional language is a strong plus.
