  • •2+ years of experience in Banking BPO is preferred.
  • •University degree or equivalent required; 3+ years of formal studies for Accounting & Commerce graduates.
  • •1+ year of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications to navigate screens and learn new software tools.
  • •Flexibility to work scheduled shifts Monday–Friday and weekends if required (with comp off provided).
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written) to exchange information with the client.
