Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with customers from onboarding through ongoing usage to integrate and optimize HappyRobot’s AI solutions.
  • •Build new features, MVPs, and scalable solutions that improve customer outcomes.
  • •Develop full-stack applications and tools using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
  • •Design and iterate on AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting, voice tuning, and transcribers.
  • •Manage integrations and APIs with third-party systems and coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

Key Requirements

  • •Native or fluent French speaker (C1/C2 level) for communication with French-speaking customers.
  • •Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • •Hands-on proficiency in Python.
  • •Experience building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning of voices/transcribers.
  • •Ability to manage APIs and integrate with third-party systems while communicating technical concepts clearly.
