Key Responsibilities

•Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for groundwork and construction purposes.
•Follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environments.
•Assist the construction crew with tasks such as shoveling and raking, running a wheelbarrow, and backing up dump trucks.
•Level, spread, dig, and prepare construction materials; lift, carry, and hold tools, supplies, and materials.
•Perform daily safety checks, pre- and post-inspections with documentation, and minor equipment servicing/maintenance.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.

•Be 18 years of age or older and pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and criminal background check.
