Dispatcher

Schedule and expedite on-time deliveries of finished products to customer jobsites, preparing weekly shipment plans and updating schedules as customer needs change. Communicate job status and delivery timelines to customers and production teams, and manage shipment documentation, certifications, and backup information. Review and research transportation vendors and handle high volumes of phone calls to prioritize pickups, deliveries, and maintenance while enforcing safety and load securement.
