Lead a section within the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities organization, partnering with engineering leadership to define goals, support hiring and staffing, and oversee day-to-day program execution. •Lead a team of engineers and establish meaningful, measurable goals with effective communication.
•Oversee direct line management activities including communication, performance management, career development, and talent acquisition.
•Support department and directorate level initiatives and ensure alignment to company values and behaviors.
•Ensure employee compliance with company policies and procedures, including oversight of personnel issue resolution and timecard approvals.
•Serve as a technical lead or individual contributor (approximately 10% of time).

Key Requirements

•Experience with the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar budget tracking system.
