Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the integral neurovascular procedural-domain proposition for IGTS based on market and customer insights, including value proposition, supporting claims, pricing strategy, offer design, and target customers/markets.
  • •Define and execute the yearly marketing plan and contribute to the overall neurovascular segment strategy.
  • •Monitor portfolio performance and commercially maintain IGTS neurovascular solutions with required marketing assets and activation in collaboration with local markets.
  • •Work with customers to develop a Key Opinion Leader network in neurovascular and interventional neuroradiology, and provide deal support with internal and market stakeholders.
  • •Collect and monitor customer feedback to identify potential product quality issues and prioritize scope for upcoming maintenance programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • •At least 5 years of international experience in marketing or product management.
  • •Must have experience in the neurovascular or interventional neuroradiology space; having a Key Opinion Leader network is a plus.
  • •Expertise in market segmentation, product/service strategy, and competitive strategy to guide product and solution development.
  • •Strong conceptual and communication skills, including synthesizing customer/market feedback for value proposition development.
