Drive technical strategy, architecture, and modernization (including AI adoption), build autonomous cross-functional pods, maintain secure, high-performance ad tech platforms, and implement metrics-driven processes to improve delivery velocity and product outcomes across a 100% remote team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and scale a diverse, fully remote engineering team; design organziational structure with clear career ladders and succession planning
•Oversee architectural integrity, security, and performance of high-volume ad tech infrastructure; manage technical debt and optimize infrastructure costs
•Drive modernization of development lifecycle with AI integration (AI-augmented tools, automated testing, documentation agents) and establish core engineering metrics (e.g., DORA, SPACE)
•Maintain robust data privacy, compliance, and security standards across engineering operations
•Partner with Product Management to ensure cross-functional, customer-outcome focused engineering pods and measure impact on cycle times, deployment frequency, and developer throughput

Key Requirements

•10+ years of engineering experience in SaaS/Ad Tech or high-data-volume environments
•5+ years of experience managing engineering managers in a fast-growing organization
•Proven track record leading fully remote, globally distributed engineering teams
•Deep understanding of modern cloud architecture and distributed systems
•Experience integrating AI tools into software development processes and using engineering productivity frameworks (e.g., DORA)
