Job Summary

Lead and develop high-performing teams to deliver major infrastructure projects across PMCM’s sectors, partnering with clients and multidisciplinary groups across project, programme, design, risk, PMO, cost and carbon management. Drive business growth and build strong client relationships with a focus on net zero and sustainability. Bring strong commercial acumen, NEC3/4 ECC contract capability, resource forecasting and stakeholder engagement to deliver against demanding KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop teams to deliver major projects across PMCM’s sectors, balancing leadership with project delivery.
•Drive business growth and build strong client relationships with a focus on net zero and sustainability.
•Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams across project and programme management, design, risk, PMO, cost and carbon management, planning, and information management.
•Manage commercial delivery including cost management, budget forecasting, and NEC3/4 ECC contract management, including change management implementation.
•Challenge the status quo and deliver projects to high standards against demanding KPIs while expanding the project management offering.

Key Requirements

•Recognised qualifications such as PMP, APM, PRINCE2 (or equivalent) and substantial experience managing large-scale, multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes.
•Extensive stakeholder engagement and client management experience, with a track record of building and maintaining high-performing teams.
•Strong commercial acumen, including cost management, budget forecasting, and NEC3/4 ECC contract management (accreditation desirable), plus experience implementing change management.
•Ability to lead teams and take line management responsibilities, demonstrating professionalism and effective resource management and forecasting.
•A degree in a relevant technical discipline (civil engineering, project/construction management) or equivalent experience; chartership (or path) and relevant memberships desirable.
