Job Summary

Own core Talent Acquisition operations, delivering a smooth end-to-end hiring and onboarding experience from offer creation through Workday processing. Serve as the point of contact for TA operations requests, manage background checks (including vendor escalations), and drive compliant immigration workflows in partnership with People Operations. Maintain accurate HR system data and create or pull operational reports, while contributing to process improvements and TA projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver an end-to-end hiring and onboarding experience, including offer creation and Workday processing.
•Serve as a key point of contact for TA operations requests, ensuring timely and high-quality support.
•Manage the background check process, including reviewing and escalating concerns raised by the background check vendor.
•Drive immigration workflows, ensuring compliance and partnering with People Operations.
•Maintain accurate HR data and support creation or pulling of operational reports, and contribute to process improvements and TA projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,700 - 113,500 annually
