Key Responsibilities

•Be a Play Leader: Work one-on-one with children in their homes, actively engaging, playing, and moving with each child to help them achieve goals.
•Teach Through Action: Use creative, high-energy methods to teach communication, social skills, and daily living abilities.
•Data & Collaboration: Record progress and work closely with supervising BCBAs to ensure each child thrives.
•Support Families: Build trust with parents through consistent, positive communication and in-home support.
•Work Environment: This role is entirely in the client's home and you must be comfortable visiting neighborhoods within the assigned territory.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 - 22 hourly

Key Requirements

•At least one year of experience working with children (such as daycare, camp counseling, teaching, coaching, etc.) is required.
•Reliable transportation to client homes in the Marion area.
•Pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire (assistance provided for study and costs).
•Completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course is preferred but not required for an interview.
•A background check is required prior to employment.
