Head Housekeeping Trainer

Lead and develop a team of 8–10 Housekeeping Trainers within the Fulfillment–Quality department. Design and improve training programs on housekeeping skills, customer service, hygiene, and safety, and deliver on-site coaching with performance reviews. Perform quality checks, analyze training data and feedback to improve outcomes, and standardize reporting and documentation while collaborating with Quality, Operations, Customer Experience, and Business Development teams to close skill gaps.
