Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical architecture of client solutions by reconciling business, technical, and data requirements into a buildable design.
  • •Lead end-to-end technical implementation: configure, integrate, test, and iterate on the platform.
  • •Transform client needs into solutions using the low-code platform and configure scalable deployments.
  • •Guide clients through deployment from kickoff to go-live and ensure post-go-live reliability by troubleshooting, debugging, and validating integrations.
  • •Work with APIs, automation tools, and data pipelines to build integrations; clean/transform data and create validation plans and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in SaaS implementation, solution delivery, solutions engineering, or hands-on technical consulting.
  • •Successful lead pre/sales activities with enterprise clients.

  • •Hands-on data transformation and implementation skills (Excel, Python, ETL/API work; configuring, testing, iterating SaaS solutions).
