Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage moderately complex supply chain processes including inventory analysis and planning, demand management, logistics management, and import/export operations.
  • •Execute demand and supply matching activities, connect planning to execution, and identify issues and their impact.
  • •Lead regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance current business processes.
  • •Analyze backlog and synthesize demand signals from country, region, and account managers to support demand forecasting and deliver signals to the supply base.
  • •Monitor key metrics and reporting for continuous improvement; coordinate a regulatory trade compliance program and contribute to priority projects with complex analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in supply chain management, manufacturing engineering, operations management, business administration, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
  • •Typically 5–8 years of work experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field (or an advanced degree with 4–6 years of experience).
  • •Experience with inventory planning and demand management activities such as inventory analysis and demand/supply matching.
  • •Ability to analyze backlog and synthesize demand data using complex analysis to support demand forecasting.
  • •Knowledge of supply chain planning and continuous improvement processes, with comfort monitoring KPIs and creating reporting metrics.
