Job Summary

Develop and grow Amcor’s Beauty & Wellness rigid packaging business in the Netherlands by owning a €3M annual turnover portfolio across 25–30 accounts. Build strong customer relationships and deliver tailored packaging solutions, while proactively identifying and converting new opportunities to expand the sales pipeline. Manage the regional sales budget, analyze performance data, collaborate cross-functionally, and report progress and plans to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence across Beauty & Wellness rigid packaging categories in the Netherlands.
•Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand needs and deliver tailored packaging solutions.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities, grow the sales pipeline, and convert opportunities into revenue.
•Oversee the regional sales budget and allocate resources to meet commercial objectives.
•Analyze sales data to find trends and improvement areas, collaborate with internal teams, and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.

Key Requirements

•Proven sales experience in the rigid packaging industry.
•Strong knowledge of the Beauty & Wellness market in the Netherlands.
•Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
•Fluent in English and Dutch is a strong advantage.
•Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills with experience presenting to senior management.
