Key Responsibilities

•Build, assemble, and modify complex cable and wire harness assemblies using schematics and build documentation.
•Perform precision PCB rework and assembly, including SMT and through-hole soldering, component replacement, jumper wire installation, plus conformal coating and staking.
•Set up and operate benchtop test equipment to execute test plans and verify PCB and integrated electronic system performance.
•Troubleshoot and diagnose failures in PCBs and harnesses down to the component level using schematics, layouts, and wiring diagrams, then execute repairs.
•Document test data, rework actions, assembly details, and failure modes; assist with lab maintenance and equipment calibration.

Salary: USD 41.35 - 54.81 hourly

Key Requirements

•4+ years of hands-on experience in electronics testing, assembly, and rework in an R&D or production environment.
•Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and technical datasheets.
•Proficiency in fine-pitch SMT and through-hole soldering, including PCB rework and component replacement (IPC J-STD-001 or equivalent).
•Experience building and modifying cable and wire harness assemblies, including crimping, soldering connectors, and routing (IPC-620 or equivalent).
•Ability to diagnose electronic failures to the component level using standard test equipment and documentation.
