Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics to forecast material requirements and support supply chain planning.
  • •Identify and implement process improvements to enhance materials management efficiency and accuracy.
  • •Review and adjust MPS and rough-cut capacity plans to respond to demand and supply changes.
  • •Manage production orders (including pull-in and push-out) while resolving capacity constraints and material availability issues.
  • •Maintain accurate planning parameters and material master data through standard transition processes and the SIOP cycle.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in supply planning or operations.
  • •5+ years of inventory control, material forecasting, and replenishment strategy to optimize supply chain performance.
  • •5+ years working with ERP systems such as SAP for master data and materials planning.
  • •5+ years analyzing complex data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required; Six Sigma Lean Expert or advanced APICS/CPIM/CPSM/CPF certification is preferred.
