•Develop and execute strategic plans for process deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement using CAPA, audit findings, and business insights.
•Author, review, and optimize procedures, work instructions, and process documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
•Lead training, coaching, and development of cross-functional teams to build capability and drive process adherence and continuous improvement.
•Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, standardization, digitalization, and automation using enterprise tools (Philips PIL ecosystem).
•Monitor and analyze process performance and project outcomes to identify gaps and improve effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 127,000 - 202,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience driving process excellence in a medical device industry or other regulated environment.
•Expertise supporting process deployment and validating root causes and corrective actions related to consent decrees or CAPAs.
•Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
•Strong knowledge of MS Office and Planisware, Clarity, QlikView, Windchill and/or SAP.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, Project/Program Management or equivalent, or 9+ years in related experience.
