Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver procurement and subcontract packages on budget and schedule while complying with QHSES and project requirements.
  • •Maintain clear dialogue with Project Management and provide accurate periodic status updates and short/long-term outlooks.
  • •Track and forecast package cost, commitments, changes, and bid basis against actuals; align with Project Controls.
  • •Identify risks and opportunities, create mitigation plans, and resolve technical/commercial matters with the right stakeholders.
  • •Oversee documentation, enforce Management of Change and Project Change Notices, manage correspondence, and plan execution/performance/resource allocation for the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or Supply Chain Management (or a relevant discipline).
  • •6 to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering, project/package management, manufacturing, or similar roles.
  • •Technical knowledge across EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) project phases and domain knowledge of the proposed packages.
  • •Commercial knowledge of contracts, purchase orders, and supply chain disciplines including proposals, purchasing, expediting, logistics, and material management.
  • •Strong understanding and adherence to QHSES requirements and the requisitioning process from bid through award and post-award activities.
