  • •Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily electrical maintenance for CNC machines, SPMs, and related production equipment.
  • •Lead preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities per maintenance schedules and OEM recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related technical discipline.
  • •Strong knowledge of CNC control systems, PLCs, servo systems, spindle drives, motors, encoders, sensors, electrical panels, and industrial control circuits.
  • •Knowledge of electrical drawings, control circuits, PLC I/O systems, machine safety circuits, and electrical troubleshooting techniques.
  • •Experience planning preventive/corrective/breakdown maintenance, root cause analysis, TPM, and equipment reliability (MTTR, MTBF, availability, KPIs).
  • •8+ years hands-on electrical maintenance in industrial manufacturing, including 2+ years in a supervisory/team lead role managing technicians and maintenance activities.
