Key Responsibilities

•Participate in establishing short and long term IT strategy (ISP) and governance for software/hardware standards across management, development, sales, SCM, security
•Review IT investments and costs to ensure efficient IT deployment and cost management
•Execute planning, development, validation, and maintenance processes for IT system development (software engineering)
•Analyze IT systems to innovate and improve monitoring, tuning, and domain-based improvements, including security considerations
•Implement activities to optimize hardware/server and network infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost

Key Requirements

•5+ years of related IT experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
•Experience with IT planning and ISP (Information Strategy Planning)
•Experience in IT investment and cost management
•Experience in software engineering processes for IT system development (planning, development, validation, maintenance)
•Ability to analyze IT systems, monitor and tune performance, and improve IT infrastructure design and security controls
