Key Responsibilities

  • •Support market research to identify and evaluate logistics and supply chain service providers in the U.S., including warehousing, transportation, and packaging.
  • •Assist in building supplier evaluation frameworks and help prepare RFQ/RFP materials for bidding and vendor selection.
  • •Maintain supplier management and performance tracking by monitoring SLA/KPI metrics and flagging performance issues.
  • •Conduct cost structure analysis for fulfillment services to identify cost-saving opportunities; support procurement dashboards and reporting.
  • •Collaborate with operations, product, and strategy teams to align procurement activities with business needs and help optimize procurement processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, International Trade, Economics, or a related field.
  • •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP); experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • •Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months.
