Job Summary

Operate as a quota-carrying technical trusted advisor, owning customer relationships from initial discovery through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts across Cloudflare’s portfolio.
•Own customer onboarding and implementation oversight, serving as primary engineering and executive contact; monitor customer health scores and telemetry to ensure rapid time-to-value.
•Drive commercial accountability for new business acquisition and/or ongoing account growth by ensuring platform adoption, retaining revenue, and identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
•Provide trusted technical advisory across the customer lifecycle, maintaining deep relationships from onboarding through maturity, renewal, and expansion.
•Leverage AI agents and internal platforms to automate routine tasks (e.g., RFP/security questionnaire responses, sandbox provisioning, telemetry monitoring).

Key Requirements

•Experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering).
•Broad technical expertise across web security, networking (routing, DNS, DDoS mitigation), cloud infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and developer platforms.
•Proven track record operating in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment with strong understanding of SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles.
•Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills, able to bridge deep technical details with C-suite strategy.
•Experience with prompt engineering and LLM orchestration or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
