Job Summary

Support Regional Managers and Multifamily Mortgage Bankers by reviewing and processing permanent loan requests within a defined territory. Partner with Mortgage Bankers on loan origination and deal structuring for Relationship Managers, correspondent lenders, and mortgage brokers. Build loan submission models to evaluate viability, determine loan sizing and pricing, draft applications, complete site inspections, and prepare submissions for third-party capital sources through due diligence and closing.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and process permanent loan requests, working closely with Mortgage Bankers and Mortgage Bankers for loan origination and deal structuring.
•Develop detailed knowledge of underwriting parameters and requirements for permanent lending products.
•Model loan submissions to determine viability and support loan sizing and pricing under permanent lending programs.
•Draft loan applications and complete site inspections.
•Prepare loan submissions to third-party capital lending sources and assist through due diligence and closing. (Marginal: provide industry/market/quantitative analysis and support special projects.)

Salary: USD 71,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or Real Estate.
•2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, real estate, investment banking, or consulting (Real Estate Finance) and 4+ years for the Senior Production Analyst position.
•Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data from multiple computer systems.
•Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including complex spreadsheets.
•Ability to synthesize and analyze large datasets and communicate findings, with high attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
