Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field plus at least 8 years of progressive project management experience, including at least 3 years in Global Business Services, shared services, or global transformation environment (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Proven track record delivering complex, global, multi-functional projects on time and within budget.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed, global organization, managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders without direct authority, including understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • •Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels including executive-level reporting.
  • •Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
