Key Responsibilities

  • ā€¢Own the technical solution end to end, from customer discovery and workflow scoping through architecture, hands-on implementation, evaluation, production deployment, adoption, and handoff.
  • ā€¢Partner with customer engineers, operators, and domain experts to define scope and translate payer/provider workflows into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
  • ā€¢Design and implement production AI applications and agentic systems integrating with customer infrastructure, enterprise APIs, data platforms, EHRs, claims systems, and operational tools.
  • ā€¢Build safeguards for protected health information (PHI) and regulated-delivery requirements including HIPAA, privacy, security, authorization, governance, and auditability.
  • ā€¢Operationalize evaluations and launch criteria using evaluation results, error analysis, observability, and customer feedback to improve quality and production readiness.

Key Requirements

  • ā€¢6+ years of software engineering, ML/AI engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or comparable experience with strong technical depth.
  • ā€¢Experience operating as a senior engineer, tech lead, or trusted deployment owner making technical decisions in ambiguous environments.
  • ā€¢Hands-on experience owning technical discovery, architecture, implementation, evaluation, productionization, and handoff for complex enterprise systems.
