Job Summary

The Client Advisor at Burberry builds relationships with new and existing clients, delivering a personalised and elevated shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

•Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs.
•Provide a luxury service and demonstrate knowledge and expertise in product, fashion and styling.
•Follow the client journey to elevate the client experience in the store, from initial impression to closing the sale and maintaining relationships.
•Follow up with clients and deliver after-sales services to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
•Support daily store operations, maintain high luxury visual standards, assist with inventory, markdowns and stockroom upkeep when required.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets in a luxury or premium retail environment.
•Experience in Clientelling or building long-term client relationships.
•Strong interest in fashion, art and culture with excellent product knowledge and store operations understanding.
•Fluent in local language; English proficiency desirable.
•Energetic, proactive and self-motivated team player with strong presentation and communication skills.
