Human Resources Specialist (I - Senior)

Support and improve one or more HR processes under general supervision. Collaborate with stakeholders to create tools and resources, execute HR programs/projects, and develop subject-matter expertise across areas such as compensation, benefits, employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, HRIS, and HR operations. Assist with HR data reporting and analysis to drive recommendations that improve HR service delivery, and may advise HR and business leaders on best practices.
