Key Responsibilities

•Design and build scalable batch and streaming data pipelines that process complex datasets from diverse sources for reliable model training and inference
•Collaborate with researchers and data scientists to deliver high-quality structured datasets that accelerate experimentation
•Lead large-scale historical backfills and migrations to ensure data consistency across evolving storage and compute platforms
•Optimize data workflows through query tuning, indexing, partitioning, and cost optimization for large-scale analytics
•Architect and maintain cloud-based data platforms across AWS, GCP, or Azure and operate distributed data processing engines

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in data engineering, building and operating large-scale data platforms
•Proven experience designing and optimizing data pipelines, data warehouses, and big data solutions
•Strong proficiency in data and advanced SQL, including complex analytical queries, query performance tuning, and indexing/partitioning strategies
•Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases
•Large-scale queue systems (Kafka, SQS) and distributed processing engines
