Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with directors and managers on engagement strategies to attract and retain talent across the organization
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries and manage resolution of HR inquiries
  • •Advise and coach managers as an HR expert to guide problem resolution from an enterprise perspective
  • •Develop and execute HR strategies and plans including talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, organization optimization, and performance and career development

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
  • •5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
  • •5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
  • •5+ years of experience using business acumen to link HR strategies to business outcomes
