Provide timely, accurate service for client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned funds and records. Deliver a strong client experience by identifying financial needs, educating customers on digital self-service options (ATMs, online and mobile banking), and supporting sales efforts through outbound calls. Contribute to Integrated Relationship Management by helping with new account openings, problem resolution, and referring clients to appropriate branch specialists, while following internal controls and risk policies.
