Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the business framework for how store labor drives sales growth, customer conversion, selling effectiveness, and productivity across the fleet.
  • •Implement and maintain a demand-driven labor model, define labor requirements by work role, and govern business rules and labor logic within the workforce management platform.
  • •Analyze planned vs. scheduled vs. worked hours to optimize labor allocation, define scheduling routines, and establish governance for labor exceptions and overrides.
  • •Build reporting and feedback loops that give field leaders actionable visibility into labor productivity, selling coverage, conversion performance, and payroll adherence.
  • •Partner with Finance, Retail Operations, HR, and Store Leadership to integrate labor requirements into planning/forecasts and co-own store-level bonus targeting inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in retail labor planning, workforce management, or related operational and financial roles.
  • •Deep experience building retail labor models from raw inputs, implementing and maintaining a demand-driven model at scale.
  • •Fluency in work driver architecture (selling, BOH, task, and census planning) and ability to translate labor standards into performance.
  • •Proficiency with workforce management platforms and reporting modules, including hands-on WFM platform experience at scale.
  • •Strong analytical capability at the day and hour level with comfort in large datasets, BI tools, and Excel.
