Own the strategy, standards, systems, and execution processes that translate Coach North America’s labor investment into selling capacity, customer experience, and profitable store performance. Partnering with Retail Operations and reporting under the Vice President of North America Finance, you’ll lead a cross-functional team to implement a demand-driven labor model across the fleet, govern workforce planning and scheduling, and continuously improve analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
