Job Summary

Maintain the safety and functionality of plant machines, equipment, buildings, and grounds to support safe, efficient production. Remove/install machine components, troubleshoot electric and hydraulic systems, and recommend repairs. Fabricate, weld, and set up fixtures and components, perform preventative maintenance and inspections using CMMS, and run test adjustments to meet quality standards. Record malfunctions, follow daily schedules, and keep maintenance tools and work areas clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities

•Remove and install machine components to support safe, efficient production equipment operation.
•Troubleshoot systems to determine causes of machine failures and recommend repair solutions.
•Design, fabricate, and weld machine components or fixtures to ensure facility equipment functionality.
•Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on facility equipment as scheduled using CMMS.
•Conduct test runs of adjustments and record machine malfunctions and required adjustments.

Key Requirements

•High school graduate or GED desired.
•Able to speak and comprehend basic English.
•Able to work alone or in a team environment.
