Job Summary

Own project vision and delivery for digital technology initiatives by defining deliverables, scope, and detailed schedules. Build and lead effective project teams across impacted departments, manage risks and opportunities, and resolve escalations to leadership. Use project financial management and variance/root-cause analysis to ensure on-time delivery that meets customer requirements while supporting continuous improvement and lean initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Communicate and manage project vision with project leadership to align on plan, scope, commitments, and customer expectations.
•Define deliverables and scope of work, and build detailed project schedules to meet business objectives and customer value.
•Build effective project teams and establish relationships with impacted departments and functional areas.
•Apply project management principles across financial management, scope and schedule, risk/opportunity management, and variance/root-cause analysis to support on-time delivery.
•Escalate issues with proposed plans to leadership and summarize key information for senior leadership decisions; manage multiple projects and resources using prioritization and organization practices.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.

•Experience building and managing schedules in MS Project.
