Senior Commercial Officer

Own end-to-end commercial contract activities for the Surface Ships line of business supporting the Hunter Class Frigate Program. Negotiate contract changes, manage customer correspondence and claims, and provide specialist commercial advice to Project Managers and the wider business. Build internal/external stakeholder relationships, support Contract and Bid Status Reviews, and draft moderately complex contracts with focus on commercial exposure areas including export controls, finance, product safety, insurance, and intellectual property rights.
