  • •Act as the Business Separation subject matter expert, providing trusted advice and challenge to senior leaders and teams.
  • •Lead development and continuous improvement of the Business Separation compliance framework, ensuring regulatory obligations become practical controls and robust evidence.
  • •Oversee annual Business Separation submissions to Ofgem and maintain the Statement of Compliance.
  • •Provide assurance over the effectiveness of key controls, identify risks and gaps, drive remediation, and produce insightful reporting.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for Business Separation matters with external assurance partners and regulatory stakeholders.
