Commis I (QA)

Support daily kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and supervised cooking tasks, including chopping, portioning, and measuring ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization across workstations, manage stock rotation to minimize waste, and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination. Assist with ingredient/equipment readiness and help plate and garnish dishes to meet presentation standards while coordinating smoothly with kitchen staff.
