Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and deliver industry and mechanical-engineering training for new hires, including how mechanical engineers work, buy, and the terminology that builds trust.
  • •Own end-to-end discovery (disco) and demo certification for Account Executives, defining the rubric, running live assessments, and withholding sign-off until reps pass.
  • •Build and maintain the industry fluency curriculum and systematize onboarding content so it’s assessable, measurable, and certification-based.
  • •Run live technical coaching sessions for new hires and reps needing remediation, combining real-time practice with on-demand content.
  • •Establish a certification renewal cycle and refresh the curriculum within two weeks of major product releases, partnering with PMM and Solutions Engineering for product training and certification updates.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •3–6 years as a Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer running hundreds of technical demos.
  • •Direct mechanical engineering, manufacturing, enablement, or product design background, including experience as a mechanical engineer or as an SE in a complex mechanical space.
  • •Deep hands-on knowledge of CAD and PLM tools.
  • •A natural aptitude for teaching and coaching, able to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • •Experience building or contributing to technical enablement curriculum (not just delivering it).
