Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation of next-generation storage and backup systems (on and off premise).
  • •Collaborate with customer technical leads, storage vendors, and cloud providers to evaluate emerging storage technologies.
  • •Develop and maintain the storage demonstration environment in the designated test lab and execute test plans for storage and backup solutions.
  • •Perform root cause analysis for major issues and recommend improvements, including storage upgrade recommendations and system integration support.
  • •Provide Tier 3/4 support for storage and backup platforms and conduct storage-focused system security engineering; install, monitor, and optimize storage solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
  • •10+ years of related systems engineering experience.
  • •Bachelor’s or Technology degree in Engineering (or 14+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree).
  • •Expertise with enterprise storage and backup platforms (e.g., NetApp, Dell/EMC, Pure Storage, Cohesity, Rubrik, NetBackup) and hyper-converged solutions (VxRail, Nutanix).
  • •Full lifecycle SAN administration experience, including utilization analysis and capacity planning, with VMware and virtualized environments.
