Key Responsibilities

•Prepare standard monthly journal entries, consistent with GAAP requirements.
•Maintain financial records for multiple business entities.
•Prepare monthly reconciliations of assigned general ledger accounts, including analysis for accuracy and follow-up on issues.
•Assist in the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
•Identify and implement automation/efficiency opportunities to streamline accounting functions and prepare supplemental reporting and analytics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
•3+ years of experience in an accounting position required.
•Experience with Epicor is a plus.
•Experience with Fixed Assets is a plus.
•Prior experience in a large manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
