Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn to own portions of network installations and support break/fix and problem management during the project lifecycle.
  • •Work with the TS Systems Integration team and Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements.
  • •Perform less complex configurations and installations.
  • •Attend to less complex break/fix events during the project lifecycle.
  • •Provide support alongside Senior Associate/L2 and other senior support engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing (or a related field).
  • •Some work experience in technical implementation engineering focused on networking technologies.
  • •Some experience with networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers.
  • •Some experience diagnosing and troubleshooting networking issues.
  • •Associate-level networking certification(s) such as CCNA, JNCIA, or ACMA (and familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5 technologies).
