Job Summary

Lead application and product security programs within the Digital Technology team, partnering with business cybersecurity groups to adopt secure development practices. Drive an AI Secure Software Development Lifecycle (AI-SSDLC) for traditional and AI-enabled applications, support container security initiatives, and operationalize new security tools and frameworks. Educate engineering teams on secure coding, AI/GenAI security risks, and OWASP guidance, while performing code reviews and ensuring secure AI model design, deployment, and monitoring.

•Collaborate with business segment cybersecurity teams on application security and AI security technology adoption.
•Drive AI Secure Software Development Lifecycle (AI-SSDLC) best practices for traditional and AI-enabled applications.
•Educate teams across Baker Hughes Power on secure development, AI/GenAI security risks, tools, and methodologies.
•Participate in code reviews to ensure secure coding practices and secure AI model integration.
•Lead application security programs including Container Security implementation and AI security enablement, and operationalize new security technologies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM majors, with a minimum 10 years of professional experience.
•Working knowledge of application security services including SAST, SCA, DAST, Container Security, and AI/GenAI security controls.
•Experience managing or deploying Container Security solutions and/or securing cloud-native workloads.
•Working knowledge of OWASP Web/API vulnerabilities and OWASP Top 10 for LLM/AI applications with compensating controls.
•Experience with Java, NodeJS, Go, PHP, Python, or Ruby, including exposure to AI/ML frameworks and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
