Lead the digital transformation of selected health services, making them more accessible and efficient via modern and emerging channels. Partner with service developers and other departments to design, build, and document user-centric service procedures. Drive continuous improvement by recommending process and policy enhancements based on service performance metrics, monitoring KPIs, and reporting progress to senior management while mentoring and developing the team.
