Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Ubuntu and software-defined infrastructure (e.g., Kernel, Ceph, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and related open source components).
  • •Develop bug fixes, backport patches, and work with upstream communities for inclusion and release.
  • •Maintain close collaboration with Canonical Field, Support, and product engineering teams to drive issues to resolution.
  • •Review code produced by other engineers and apply good judgement in technical methods and techniques.
