  • •Serve as the functional partner in implementing BriteCore’s platform, eliciting customer requirements and driving on-time delivery
  • •Build trusted customer relationships and manage expectations to deliver projects against SOW scope
  • •Collaborate with product and engineering to map customer requirements to the product strategy, prioritizing OOTB solutions
  • •Gather underwriting guidelines from customers to configure tailored insurance solutions on the platform
  • •Analyze customer data to identify risks and resolve challenges to ensure seamless execution and long-term success
