Key Responsibilities

•Lead with empathy, mentor and grow engineers, remove roadblocks, and cultivate an environment for best work.
•Shape the frontend engineering culture across the Communication team and improve how software is built, reviewed, and shipped.
•Act as the technical lead for cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with product, design, and frontend/backend engineers.
•Take end-to-end ownership of projects from comprehensive technical plans and architecture through launch and measurement.
•Remain hands-on in the codebase, contributing to development and code reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 243,290 - 295,250 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of frontend or client engineering experience with a focus on building complex UIs and partnering closely with Product and Design
•Experience working on large-scale consumer applications in React/Redux, React Native, iOS, Android, Windows, Mac OS and other platforms
•Passion for client performance and solving complex problems requiring performance profiling and optimization
•Real-time communications expertise (WebRTC or equivalent)
•Leveraged AI for high-velocity execution and rapid prototyping
