Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead with empathy, mentor and grow engineers, remove roadblocks, and cultivate an environment for best work.
  • •Shape the frontend engineering culture across the Communication team and improve how software is built, reviewed, and shipped.
  • •Act as the technical lead for cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with product, design, and frontend/backend engineers.
  • •Take end-to-end ownership of projects from comprehensive technical plans and architecture through launch and measurement.
  • •Remain hands-on in the codebase, contributing to development and code reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 243,290 - 295,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of frontend or client engineering experience with a focus on building complex UIs and partnering closely with Product and Design
  • •Experience working on large-scale consumer applications in React/Redux, React Native, iOS, Android, Windows, Mac OS and other platforms
  • •Passion for client performance and solving complex problems requiring performance profiling and optimization
  • •Real-time communications expertise (WebRTC or equivalent)
  • •Leveraged AI for high-velocity execution and rapid prototyping
