Job Summary

Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of safety training for a high-automation manufacturing workforce, from new-hire orientation through annual refreshers and specialized certifications. Own the facility compliance training calendar and LMS to ensure ADOSH/OSHA compliance stays current, manage the training budget and external providers, and mentor safety staff. Coach supervisors on safety observation and near-miss reporting, and build training KPIs to report completion, competency, and compliance trends monthly to plant leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Coach supervisors and team leads on safety observation techniques, near-miss reporting, and behavior-based safety principles.
•Own the facility compliance training calendar and LMS, tracking required training frequencies and certification expirations to maintain ADOSH/OSHA compliance.
•Own the training program budget; manage outside training providers and certification vendors; mentor safety committee members and junior safety staff into program owners.
•Develop leading and lagging training KPIs and report completion, competency, and compliance trends to plant leadership monthly.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 140,000 annually
